I live in NY with my husband, daughter, very old dog, and 37" flat screen TV - the bare essentials I need to survive. Oh and a computer, pencil and paper of course. After a brief hiatus from cartooning to have a baby and get married (not in that order – not that there is anything wrong with that) I am back to the grind. When I am not drawing cartoons I chase a toddler and a dog around a small house, pick up countless numbers of toys, books, stuffed animals, tupperware, crayons, and food off the floor. 33% of my day is spent cutting food into small pieces. I love to cook though, and like to pretend I am the host of my own food network show. Not quite as loud and boisterous as Paula Dean, nor as svelte and seductive as Giada. And 30-minute meals invariably take me an hour and 45 minutes to complete.
